Torn Hamstring.

I've gone and pulled/torn my hamstring not exactly sure which. I've been hobbling around for about four days now on one good leg, and one that I can't even pull out straight sitting or lying down, let alone walk on.

Pictures from my england trip will be up soon. I've got the copying to my computer and I should have them up very soon.
